Gypsy's third and final litter was one that breeders call "not for the faint of heart". Originally carrying four puppies, only one survived - a girl - and this one girl truly pushed Bravo Scotties forward. Lara - GCH Bravo Fortune Seeker - has given us three amazing litters.
Lara's feisty attitude earned her the nickname "baby alligator" at some shows and her career in the ring was quite noteworthy. She was awarded Winners Bitch at the San Francisco Scottish Terrier Club specialty in 2010, she won back-to-back 4-point majors during the Fiesta Cluster under judges Dr. Gerry Penta and Mr. Michael Lanctot, she finished her championship under Ms. Linda Wells in June 2011, made it to the final cut of bitches at Montgomery County under judge Mrs. Darle Heck, and marched on to finish her Grand Championship in October 2011 by going Best of Breed at the Springfield Kennel Club under judge Mrs. Paula Hartinger. In December 2011, Rod showed Lara at the Malibu Kennel Club and was awarded Best of Breed over the #1 Scottish Terrier that year.
Lara earned her ROM when her son Noble - CH Bravo Noble Undertaking - earned his championship by going Winners Dog and Best of Winners at the San Francisco Bay Scottish Terrier Club's supported entry during the Harvest Moon Cluster in October 2016.
